I wish I could give more than five stars. They came to the rescue. They found a bad wire 30 inches beneath the ground and dug up approx. 100 feet of earth and installed, with protective pipe, a new wire. They were all super cool and never complained about the heat or anything. I highly recommend Commercial Electric.

Commercial Electric and Maintenance installed a new electric panel and security camera system in our home recently. The work was done very professionally and at a reasonable cost . The workers were very pleasant and answered all our questions. The most recent experience we had was the installation of our security camera system.Kevin, the company representative, made another trip to our home after installation at our request to show us how the system worked.He is always a pleasure to work with and had great patience with us. He suggested a security camera brand we have been happy with and has good reviews This company does a lot of work in our neighborhood and we intend to continue to use it in the the future. After our facility was struck by lightning on a Sunday, we contacted CEM for emergency electrical repairs. The owner arrived on-site by 7:00 AM Monday morning and immediately took action. He mobilized his crew, secured materials, and executed a major repair involving the removal of 2,640 feet of damaged 600MCM building wire, installation of new wire, and completion of all necessary hookups. Once FPL completed their portion of the restoration, the owner returned to support our team in bringing the facility back online. He personally walked through the site to ensure all equipment was fully operational. His dedication, speed, and professionalism were instrumental in minimizing our downtime and getting us back in business.

I'm a little old lady that needed an outlet changed because it sparked and blew the breaker.. I called and they sent Briar and Zack within 2 hours of my request. Briar and Zack were both very polite and answered all my questions and did an excellent job.

Commercial Electric & Maintenance came through again. I have used Commercial Electric & Maintenance several times since 2007. They change electrical box, rewired our family room, repaired squirrel damage and just this week they upgraded our service to 200 AMP with new Main Electrical box riser moved 3 circuits & added a Tesla Charger. They were quick with the estimate completed the work as scheduled for the price agreed to in the estimate. I had called the local Tesla electrical installers and could not even get an estimate after 2 trips to our home. Thank You Commercial Electric & Maintenance!
